This notice applies to The Mandala Dance US and the public website, registration flow, and family account services operated by The Mandala Dance.
No refunds
All tuition, registration fees, merchandise, camp, event, and other studio payments are non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by law or The Mandala Dance US approves an exception in writing.
Withdrawal and future charges
A request to withdraw, pause, or change a class does not automatically create a refund and does not stop a future charge until the studio confirms the effective date under the applicable enrollment terms. Contact us before the next scheduled charge if you need help reviewing an account.
Studio schedule changes
Class times, instructors, locations, and programming may change. If the studio cancels or materially changes a class, we will communicate the available next step; any credit, transfer, or exception is handled by the studio in writing and does not change the general no-refund rule.
Payment errors or unauthorized charges
Tell us promptly if you see a duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charge. We will investigate against our records and payment provider rules. A bank or card dispute may suspend account services while it is reviewed.
