1. Agreement and eligibility
By using this website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are registering a minor, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and have authority to provide the information and permissions requested.
2. Accounts and registration
Keep your login details private and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without permission. Information submitted for a dancer, guardian, emergency contact, or health and safety need must be accurate and kept current. Registration creates a request and a studio record; it does not by itself guarantee a seat in a particular class.
Class placement, schedules, instructors, locations, and availability may change. The studio will communicate material changes through the account or contact details you provide.
3. Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Prices, payment schedules, and the payment method shown at checkout apply to the transaction you authorize. Our Refund Policy explains that payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or approved by the studio in writing. A withdrawal or cancellation request does not automatically create a refund or cancel a future charge until the studio confirms the effective date under the applicable enrollment terms.
4. Safe participation
Dance includes physical activity and inherent risks, including falls, strains, collisions, and other injuries. Dancers must follow instructor directions, use the space and equipment responsibly, and tell the studio about relevant medical, accessibility, or emergency information. A parent or guardian remains responsible for a minor's participation and pickup arrangements.

5. Acceptable use and content
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use another person's information without permission. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial purposes connected with the studio.
6. Third-party services
Authentication, hosting, email, text messaging, and payment features may be provided by third-party services. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider; we do not ask you to send full card numbers through the contact form.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The website and schedules are provided subject to availability. To the extent permitted by law, The Mandala Dance US disclaims implied warranties and will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or participation in studio activities. Nothing here limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms when the service, law, or studio policies change. The updated version will be posted with a new date. Texas law governs these Terms except where another law is required to apply. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
